Biography:
Brian focuses in civil litigation and commercial associations. He has extensive courtroom experience in the areas of personal injury, professional malpractice, product liability, real property, civil rights and mass torts. Brian has been lead and co-counsel in numerous trials resulting in favorable verdicts for his clients. In addition to trials, Brian’s litigation experience includes negotiations, mediations and arbitrations.

For business law, Brian’s practice includes general corporate transactions, formations, acquisitions, mergers and sales. He has been lead counsel in multiple corporate acquisitions and routinely represents Kentucky companies in business formations, contracts and legal operations. He also represents clients in their business related litigation disputes – whether they be individuals, small companies or large corporations.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenna, and their four children. Brian is a volunteer youth baseball and basketball coach and a member of Southland Christian Church.
