Biography
Chad has been an associate with the firm since 2001. Prior to joining the firm he served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Doughlas M. George, 11th Judicial Circuit. Prior to attending law school at the University of Kentucky, he received his undergraduate degree in Accounting, with honors, from Transylvania University.
Chad has practiced at all levels of the Trial and Appellate Courts of Kentucky. Chad routinely practices throughout all areas of the State of Kentucky as well as the local courts in Fayette County. He has successfully handled a wide range of civil litigation matters including personal injury litigation, business litigation, and insurance disputes.
During law school Chad received the award for best oral argument, Reed Writing Club, as well as the CALI award in Estate and Gift Taxation.
