WHT Member Graham D. Barth has experience in a wide range of insurance defense work, including civil litigation defense, coverage, pre-suit investigation, and appeals.  He has a proven trial record, successfully taking a multitude of cases arising from various causes of action to jury trials throughout Kentucky.  Graham represents major insurance providers and their insureds, and his practice includes auto negligence and premises liability defense, construction defect claims, catastrophic injury claims, and coverage matters arising from a multitude of claim types.  He has substantial appellate experience in the Kentucky Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and has obtained a number of summary judgments and trial defense verdicts throughout the state.
