Biography:
Jennifer was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky. After graduating from Taylor County High School as valedictorian in 2000, she attended Center College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies in 2004. During her time at Center she was an active member in Zeta Gamma Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma and the Centre College Dance Team. Jennifer also participated in the study abroad program at Yamaguchi Prefectural University in Yamaguchi, Japan. Upon graduation, she worked abroad in Japan as an English teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme.

Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2010. She began working as a law clerk with Ward, Hocker & Thornton in 2008. Since then she has remained with the firm as an associate, practicing insurance defense as well as subrogation and minor probate settlement cases.

Jennifer is a member of the Louisville Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Mrs. Fell resides in La Grange Kentucky with her husband Jason. She is an avid reader, music enthusiast, and rugby fan and enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
