Biography:
Noelle Bailey has been an Associate with Ward, Hocker & Thornton, PLLC since 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Noelle obtained her undergraduate degree from Transylvania University. During her time at Transy she was an active member in Chi Chapter of Chi Omega, the Phi Alpha Theta Honorary, and the Transylvania Dance Team. Noelle also participated in the study abroad program at Regent’s College in London, England.
Noelle received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2007. During her time at UK she was heavily involved in the Moot Court program where she served as President from 2006-2007. Noelle was selected to participate in the Vanderbilt National First Amendment Moot Court Competition, was recognized as one of the Top 10 Advocates for the UK Moot Court National Team Competition, won an award for Best Oral Argument for her 1L Writing Club Competition, and was a Top 3 Brief Writer for the UK Moot Court Competition. She later went on to coach the following year’s Vanderbilt participants and the National Moot Court team.
Since joining Ward, Hocker & Thornton, Noelle has represented a variety of clients in matters ranging from slip and falls to product liability claims. She has successfully mediated numerous cases, obtained dismissals for her clients, and is actively involved in all other aspects of the litigation process.
In her spare time, Noelle is a member of the Junior League of Louisville and enjoys golf, travel and interior design.
