Biography:
Taylor Sorrels is an associate at Ward, Hocker & Thornton’s Louisville office and has been practicing law since 2007. He focuses mainly on insurance defense cases, but is also involved in subrogation and minor probate settlement cases.
Mr. Sorrels is a Louisville native and attended the University of Kentucky, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2004. While at UK, he spent a semester abroad at the prestigious University of Melbourne in Australia and was actively involved in his fraternity, serving as academic and alumni relations chair for three years. Mr. Sorrels then enrolled at Chase College of Law in Highland Heights, Kentucky where he was a member of the National Trial Advocacy Team, winning several trial competitions in Kentucky and Ohio.
Mr. Sorrels was married in November, 2008 to his wife Jess who also practices law in Louisville. He is also an avid golfer, reader, and music enthusiast.
