Benefits Overview
Staff who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in all the Firm's benefits. Staff who work a minimum of 25 hrs per week, but less than 30 hours per week, on a regular, continual basis, are eligible for holiday pay, 401K plan, and paid parking. Staff who work full-time or part-time (less than 25-hrs per week), on an irregular basis are eligible to participate in the firm's 401K plan and will receive paid parking. Law clerks generally fall in the last category.
