The Construction Law Group at Ward, Hocker & Thornton, PLLC represents insurers and their insured’s in all aspects of insurance related to the construction industry. Its members have represented insurers in declaratory judgment actions and first party claims. Also, we have represented insured’s in defense of construction defect claims, general liability and property damage claims. Additionally we represent construction companies in all areas of construction law, including litigation, contract negotiation, and mechanic’s lien claims. Our member have successfully litigated through trial or arbitration many construction claims.
