In Trucking and Transportation lawsuits, perception is often another issue at play.  In passenger car accidents, an accident may or may not cause an injury but, in trucking accidents, there is almost a presumption that someone was injured and that the trucking company is large, wealthy and from another state.  WHT attorneys are experienced in recognizing and addressing this perception and counsel our clients accordingly.
